Legal Empowerment: Law 20/2015, of 14 July, on Management, Supervision and Solvency of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies, Law 50/1980, of 8 October, on Insurance Contract. Law 10/2010 on the Prevention of Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and its developing regulation; Law 44/2002, of 22 November, on Measures for the Reform of the financial system. These provisions are related, among other issues, to: Management of policies, processing of actuarial data and provisions, complaints and claims services, management of premium collections, etc.

Entities that may receive your data tor the management ot the products purchased: TIREA, HNA SC, ASITUR, CENTRO ZARAGOZA, ACTUALIZE, ACTICIMEX, SERVIALL, ARAG, DAS, public or private health centres and doctors of their medical pools, workshops, experts and other persons who may be required to intervene in the management of an incident or the provision of a service. As well as banks, financial institutions, for managing our contractual relationship, carry out the payment of the premium, and for the payment of possible compensation, settlements and/or premium rebates, etc.
